My name is Jameson Tucker, and I predominately create one-off illustrations and oil paintings.
I have been creating art since my first exhibition in the first grade. My art had been featured at my local center for the arts many times throughout my education, as well as in my local film festival: RedFish Film Fest.

By commissioning me, it means you accept the following terms and conditionsGeneral:

- I have the right to refuse a commission without giving an explanation.
- Please provide multiple neat and clear references, or a thorough description (If you’re going with a description, I heavily encourage you to gather inspiration on Pinterest so I have some sort of visual guide)
- Poor behavior or rude treatment of me, the artist, will not be tolerated†

Payment:

- I take either Cashapp or PayPal
- Payment must occur within 48 hours of an agreed commission
- For more expensive commissions, $50+, a system of “half upfront, half at the end” can be implemented at your desire.
- No refunds will be given unless I am unable to complete the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to complete a commission, you will receive a refund that is the difference between what you purchased and what you received (Ie: If I am unable to render a commission, I will refund the price difference between a rendered commission and a flat colored one)
- If a commission is cancelled due to mistreatment or harassment, a refund will not be issued†

Process:

- I prefer clients to be involved in the sketching process as much as possible, to ensure a desired result. I don’t charge for any number of corrections in the sketching phase, but any large changes past the sketching phase will cost extra.
- Most commissions will take 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity and scale of the commission. If you have a specific deadline, or it is an otherwise rushed job, special fees can be put in place to ensure you get your commission on time.
- Rush jobs are not always available and I accept those at my own discretion.

Use:

- My art may not be used commercially unless agreed upon, where prices may be changed. If you are interested in commissioning something for commercial use, please email me.
- My art may be used as profile pictures, banners, or used in noncommercial projects (such as your dnd character reference or to print for your own enjoyment)
- Any posts featuring my art must credit my twitter (Either via a link or by featuring my username)
- Never claim my work as your own.
- My art is never allowed to be associated with:
+ NFT or Crypto
+ Ai art
+ Bigoted or otherwise hateful ideology
+ Anything morally corrupt (Pedophilia, Bestiality, etc)† Poor behavior includes things such as name calling, berating me over a deadline, clearly insulting me or my art (different from a critique), making any kind of threat, etc. You will be warned if you are behaving in a way I do not want to work with. If rudeness persists after an initial warning, the commission will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
